  Great people. Very accommodating. They don't regularly do navy dress and service uniforms, but if you give them the regs and measurements they will work at it until they get it right. I take all my uniforms here for alterations and rank changes.

  Went and ordered 2 pairs of uniform pants with the elastic for blousing on a Monday. Had to wait till Thursday to pick them up. Brought them home and they were never cut to the length needed and the elastic seemed too large. Went back and was told they would be ready the following Monday. Gave them an EXTRA DAY went on Tuesday and was told they still won't be ready till Wednesday. I have taken 4 trips already. This is ridiculous and at this point I'm going to ask for a refund. If I could rate a negative score I would one star is way too much. I have gone here for the last year and half spent THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS and that's how loyal customers are treated. Thanks for accommodating me for the screw up by the lazy seemstress who apparently can't get two pants done in 10 days. To all my fellow officers and future trainees I advise u to find somewhere else that has the staff and professionalism to get things right or at least accommodate when necessary.
