  I contracted with Coastal Lawn last year to mow my lawn for the Summer. They did a satisfactory job. Altough they left tire tread skid marks on my fromt lawn on the first mow (which I never complained about), the service was good enough for the remainder of the summer.
  
  This year, they never contacted me to begin service. When I contacted the company to discuss renewal of the contract, I was told that there are new people handling client services, and that they erroneously neglected to send me a letter. I was also informed that they have restructured some of their service plans. I asked if they can follow up with me so that I can review the new offerings and was told by the woman who ovelooked sending my letter out that she would “talk to Kyle and see what he wants to do.” Nobody ever followed up with me and they basically dropped an existing customer absent any notice or explanation and left me to search for a new service provider after the season had already begun.
  
  I would not recommend Coastal Lawn to anybody and caution even existing customers given my experience.
