  FIRST OF ALL...TURN ON YOUR OUTSIDE LIGHTED SIGN!!! The cashier was polite but timid. Attention to new customers coming in was poor. I waited 13 minutes just to be acknowledged and asked for my order. The drive thru was steady but not busy and the man in the drive thru was moving steadily. There was another guy in the back. He seemed to be behind the 8 ball. The cashier kept leaving her post to help him and the drive thru man. No good. They must have been poorly prepared in terms of readiness of food. Nice people and polite. The manager and store owner are to blame for not providing them with better training.
