  bough 4 new tires from Pepboys site and scheduled appoint. When I showed up at the store for installation. The lady manager was not happy that I was there, and letting me know that she is so busy. After a long wait (for no reason, she went around doing her other things), she finally looking into my appointment, and she said the tire that bought online do not fit my car. I told her that it was showing up as correct fit on the web site. She blamed Pepboy web site for wrong tire purchase. She asked me to buy something else, and schedule installation a week later. I asked her to cancel purchase. After came back and studying the tire that I purchased, it was the correct size. I strongly recommend not to go Howell location. Especially, the old woman working at night is really not nice, and I cannot even understand how people can lie like that.
