  Do people even work here? I'm trying to get a drug test done so I can apply for a job but no one is ever there and the phones aren't answered

  While no one looks forward to getting blood tests, Kathy at the Howell location makes it as good as possible. She has genuine concern for client comfort and customer service. And it didn't really hurt.
