  Started out ok. Responded quick for appointment. Waited a week. Not so bad. But the night before I got a call at 5pm saying they are running 4 weeks out and if I was still interested. So I called back and left a message saying yes. Still wanted estimate and I wasn't in a rush for the work. Guess they didn't get that message because I got an email and 9:30 pm that night (which I saved). Saying they are 6 weeks behind and if I wanted to go ahead with it still, to let them know. Well....its 9:30 at night for next day. So I emailed back and hoped they would show up. But I text my husband that night at work and told him I didn't have a good feeling about this. Like they are ones who didn't want to do job and putting in on me to decide. Anyway....he came. We talked. He seemed cool. Took measurements. Said he would send estimate later that day. I figure next day maybe. It's been 8 days and no estimate. Not a shock. Like I said....i think he didn't want my job but wasn't gonna tell me that so tried to put it on me. I mean 9:30pm email to try and talk me out of it the night before the appointment. But was scheduled for a week at that point Oh well. Won't every call them again. Guess when it's your company you can be a jerk and it's ok.
