    Terrible customer service. I ordered 10 cans of a water repellent spray, I was charged for 10 cans. I received 9 cans. Two were dented, but as long as they still worked, I wasn't complaining about that. The Natural Health Shoppe refused to complete the order or refund my money -- after two full weeks of emailing to "Kathleen" from customer service. When I initially wrote asking for the additional can (or a refund), I was asked if the "bag was damaged." I replied that there was no bag, it was delivered in a box, and that the box was not damaged. They said the "weight of the shipment" was what it should have been to fulfill the order, and since I had not reported any damage to the outer packaging they were "not able to send another product or a refund. The weight of the package is nothing I have any control over, nor anything I usually pay that much attention to. But I can count to 10 quite simply. Perhaps the extra packaging material that was stuffed in between the cans made up a difference in the weight, or the fact that it was a BOX and not a BAG. I don't know. All I know is I was charged for 10 cans and was only given 9. I"ve been robbed.
