  The "Solutions Manager" did not provide any solution what so ever. He sat on his butt and didn't even know his own protocol regarding reprinting documents that are within the account data base of their members.
  
  Besides the fact that you cannot bring in your old mobile provider's final statement to get any in-store help for switching- (which is a company structural flaw not this store specifically )- the manager was utterly useless.
  
  Everyone else actually knew what they were doing- hence the two star boost
